The club meets the first and third Thursdays of every month unless the meeting night falls on a holiday. Meetings start promptly at 7:30, although folks are usually there by 7PM for some social time.
The first Thursday evening is usually a business meeting, while the third Thursday is a program night. Programs cover a variety of topics, ranging from presentations on DX-peditions to radio controlled model airplanes to sailboat trips around Lake Superior to model railroading. This coming year we have a talk on the history of the Findlay Radio Club scheduled along with a presentation on the restoration of old radios. It should be a good year.
There are occasional Board Meetings, usually held on a Thursday evening when there is no club meeting scheduled. The board takes care of the budget and the day to day running of the club.
